I was wondering how to control the camera view port sizing when I click “Play” button on the editor, as part of the screen looks black, please check the screenshot.
Anyone please provide some advise about how can I fix this? I tried to change the variable (otho Width) for the camera but this variable only zoon in and out?
It depends on the aspect ratio of your camera. If the camera’s aspect ratio doesnt fit the viewport size then you’ll see parts of the map that you dont want to see. So it should look correct if you play in new editor window.
In that case you’ll have to reposition your camera by moving it towards the player or moving it up i guess, or fill that blank space with that platform asset.
I tried playing with the location X and Z values but it show no difference, please check the screenshot for my camera setup and advise what should I do
