Help with Blueprint Code

Hi can anyone explain to me why I can’t seem to add multiple children to this horizontal box? I use a FOR loop and the first child gets added no problem but then it looks like empty children are being added after. The child I’m adding is just a simple widget blueprint with an image and some unrelated code. I’ve tried the same thing with just basic images and I get the same issue however.

I’ve tried deleting the box and starting over as well but I can’t seem to figure it out. I do most of my coding in C++ and can’t figure this out, any help is appreciated, thank you.

The variable WBP_Heart contain a unique reference(instance), so when it was first created with the name WBP_Heart_0, it will remain like that, it won’t make a copy instance of it.

You will need to either Construct a widget or Create a widget. We usually create a separate widget class for that.
So inside your loop body > create widget NewWBP_Health > add child(plug that input ref)
