Help with Behavior Tree Quick Start Guide

Hey everyone I’ve been following the “Behavior Tree Quick Start Guide” I have gotten all the way to step 11 and I ran into a problem trying to make the blueprint.
It seems that there is no (Event Receive Condition Check) function can anyone help me out with a solution?

I’m running Unreal Engine 4.7.2

There seems to be a problem with the guide now also… it does not show step 12 and 13… they seem to loop back to step 10??
