Help with a simple dismemberment system with hide/un-hide bone per name.

To make a simple dismemberment system when the enemy dies I though of: the projectile collides with the leg bone, hide the leg bone of the enemy. Spawn a clone of the enemy skeletal mesh and hide the ‘Hips’ bone, which is the parent of all other bones, so all the skeletal mesh becomes invisible, then un-hide only the leg bone, so the leg is the only visible bone of the clone.

This is not working because once you hide the ‘Hips’ bone, apparently you can’t un-hide any of its children.
