help ~ why the camera is shaking

i make a buleprint include a ball, a stringarm and a camera like the pic


then when i get back to my scene and try to move the ball. I find the game view is like drag by two cameras like the vedio



and i think i dont have any other cameras in my scene

I think the spring arm should be attached to the root, not the ball?

it seems not to work when i change the arm to root
