[Help] Why does every game or anything I play , looks weird? Pic included

So every time I’m about to play test , or any package I open, when I click Play to test. Its all blurry ? Pic bellow

That’s your Scalability settings, you probably have a low-end GPU so it’s defaulted to low quality graphics

To remove the blurriness, change the resolution scaling to 100%.
