Help - Unreal Editor starter content disabled in Linux

I just unzipped Unreal Editor for Linux. The “Starter Content” check box is disabled in the Unreal Project Browser window. Also the standard templates are missing. How can I get the feature?

Version: Unreal Engine 5.2.1
Linux: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
