Help! Twinmotion window not properly appearing when I open program

When I open the Program (running 2023 1.2) I get the initial start up window and then it disappears. When I click show all windows in my dock I can see a weird outline of part of a window?

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, as well as tried to open it in another desktop, and messed with my resolution settings for my monitors. I'm at a loss of what to do next and need to create renderings for a presentation tomorrow.

For issues like this, following the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article should fix the issue. This happens when something misconfigures Twinmotion's window settings, so following those steps reverts them back to default.
