Hey everyone, I asked the unreal engine subreddit about this but I didn’t get any help so I’ve come here to see if anyone knows what’s going on.
I’m currently following this tutorial:
I’m at this point in the tutorial (timestamped):
and I’ve gotten to the point of sculpting a landscape I like. Now I’m trying to use the materials we’ve made to paint different layers on it. The issue is when I try to do that there are some areas of the terrain where it refuses to blend smoothly.
It doesn’t seem to be a LOD and I’ve checked most smoothing settings but haven’t been able to get anything to work.
How can I fix this?

Apologies for the bad quality.
I’d be happy to provide any additional materials to help figure this out.
