Help thread: Unreal Engine Installation Failure (probably a folder path issue)

(installer log attached)

Hi there. I apologise if this is the incorrect forum for this sort of thread. The only other appropriate support forum I can see is the Answers section which I have already posted in.
I had a previous installation of the Epic Games Launcher on my PC. I have since transferred that installation to a new hard drive. When I try to reinstall it on the new one I receive the error message 'The folder path ‘Epic Games’ contains an invalid character. I believe there is some registry entry or something that locks the installation to a specific folder path and I can’t install it anywhere else. Can someone please help me to fix this?

I looked at the log and found the part which creates the error:

*Info 2898. For WixUI_Font_Normal textstyle, the system created a ‘Tahoma’ font, in 0 character set, of 13 pixels height.

I don’t have much experience with this kind of thing but my best guess is that the 0 character set for the Tahoma font is what’s causing the problem. I hope this at least points you in the right direction.
