HELP Texture from Blender looks different in UE5

Hello, I need help with the texture of my character that I made in Blender.

I imported it in UE5 but the texture of the skin looks different, I mainly find the problem in the mouth area.
as you can see, this is what the texture looks like in Blender :

and in UE5 it looks like this :

The texture is 4K :

I tried changing many things in the Texture settings (Mipmaps, compression… ) but it doesn’t change anything.

I am stuck with this issue for days now and I didn’t find any other post that had the same problem. :smiling_face_with_tear:
Anyone who would have a clue of what could be the problem would be appreciated !

Especially on the lips, you can see the texture acting weird.
