I’ve noticed a mismatch between the total sales revenue reported on my account and the payouts I’ve actually received, and I’m hoping someone here can help clarify what might be going on.
From the Sales tab (date range: Oct 1, 2024 – May 23, 2025), I’ve made 6 sales totaling $139.94 in net sales. However, when I check the Payouts section, I see two payouts:
$29.99 on Jan 31, 2025
$26.39 on Feb 7, 2025
That’s a total of $56.38 in payouts. My current earnings balance is $26.39 / $100, so it seems like some of the money is there, but I can’t account for the full $139.94 in revenue.
The dashboard is ambiguous and nothing stands out that explains the discrepancy.
First payout represent december(carried with nov) earning with 0% fee so 29.99
2nd payout is january earning with 12% fee so 26.39
Earning Balance is usually buggy but it represent previous month earning if it didnt reach 100$.
So for now it only storing March earnings which is 29.99 with 12% = 26.39
When end of May will be reached, it will add April earning with the stored earning balance and should give around 26.39 + 35.1(including 12% fee)
Note: payment are made/calculated on the next month.
Got a similar situation, with slightly different angle. In my case the issue is not in the numbers but in the release of funds that are confirmed to exist. FAB committed in writing to reprocess my payment after Hyperwallet migration, I fulfilled every step, and the response has been an moved to a “Finance team” with no ETA or details. The dashboard opacity you describe and the payment withholding I am experiencing feel like symptoms of the same underlying lack of accountability. And total communication fail between all relevent parties. Especially prominent and shocking is the lack of communication between Epic Games and Fab.
Was anybody of you able to make any progress?
