Help project won't open upon pc shut down

PC was shut off while UE was open, then when I started the computer again, I couldn’t open the project, I still can’t. Version: 4.6.1. This error comes up:

Can you open a new, blank project with no additional content? Additionally, try removing the content folder from your project and see if you can open it then.
