This is my first time trying to install this and when i try to use the setup wizard it just says ‘you need a program to install this which you dont have!’
please help
That’s extremely vague–what part are you trying to install? You first need to install the Epic Games Launcher

A lot of people have same issue, just wait a bit and all of them will try to help you to solve that issue!
