I have doen a short course on ureal and started a project where the brief was using miximo get a guys dancing a sevices of mixamo dance moves in a bedroom you made up on an islands.
We covered miximo animaltiosn, some basic buildign of walls, addign downloaded objects and whilst it starts as a 3 personb project it is a mini music video.
But I have no idea aboujt the scripting, vidual studio, blue prints ie naff all it was supposed to be a few weeks short courses with dude dues dance moves in a bedroom we make up.
So please can any help be each and every step by step ads clueless
After doing some other courses I tried to go back to this project whihs arted as 5.4. then 5,6m then 5.7
Its was complaing about file names being more than 100 characters so I tried to copy the folders onto a ssd drive to get out of the drive letter L: my documents/ college group/ unreal course, projects, the project folders etc
But now I cant open it either on the ssd or hard drive.
itas goign on about plorject needs the project cleaner plug in whihs could not be found
I clicked to disable it likewise water physics and some other plugh ins but then it says ~
The ‘project name’ could not be complied try rebuilding it from source manuallly and what I lick ok it says it cannot be complained and exits
The course
We coved placing folieage and treets, some landscaping and I expanded thisa to a large island with a mountain range to the easte whihs forms a river that moves around and then there was a harbour with what is effectively a beach bar with a simple home and in the home there is a livign frrom a corrifoor, a bathroom and the guys bedroom whih vair a patio door leads to the beach bar with some boats in the harbour.
So I tried to develop this into a sort of music video with miximo charactersn and animatiosn where the camera after some sweeping establishing short follows a animated cat into the guys bedroom, he starts dancing to linkin parks numb song then after dancing in the room jumps out, dances aroufn the beach bar then back inside plus a cut way or a fly past the mountains. So a lot of work gone itn this
Please can yout help- Im trying to open a\ project for a unreal animaltion/cinematic that I have spent much of last year on this
Its liek a footloose liek music video and 97% doen after months of work. I really need to get this workign so I can getit working the project folders are around 155 gb easch and have a coupld of different versions. none work and wottoui al; tjhe downloaced objects more like nearlyu a tb.
How do I get this workign pelase and what do yuou need for me.
BVearign in mions totoally cluless on visual scriaptign and all that. we werw just shown come basic model making, placing down loaded upjects, mixamo charcters meshing and animations , camera movements etc
Plus notivce I have to save sequence and project separate and mostly when loaded or saved had to reassign all characters, lights etc again
