HELP: Play movie mp4 on HTML5 (version 4.23)

Hi,
I am trying to play mp4 video on website (html5) and am having difficulties.
I followed the steps in the link:

In edit mode, when I activate the trigger box the video starts normally, but when I do packege project for HTML5, the whole environment loads but the video is not played.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
