Help on How To Create a Distorted Waving/Oscillating Texture in a Material [Solved!]

I know this thread is old, but on the off chance someone else finds this, I tweaked some values around from the above poster and this should almost exactly replicate the quake 1 style liquid material. Now that i’ve figured this out, does anyone know how to make more complex materials able to use the “world aligned” node? Thanks
