Help on getting the Linux Client of Unreal 5 and Planeshift RPG to Render Correctly using engine.ini settings or other...

I am having a issue on Gentoo Linux with the Intel Iris Plus 640 Graphics Card
says is Vulkan 1.3.2x compatible “with limitations” where 1.2 is supposed to be
completely compatible… the game im trying to play is planeshift was an old
mmo using the Crystal Engine im assuming is its own Engine then ported
to Unreal… and im having issues where i dont know if anyones used blender
but like im seeing how people are posting sometimes the colors are off
or in this case someone says its a cubemap/skylight issue but players are not
developers … in WINE the game runs fine , but when using the linux client everything
is Blue and Dark and appears unrendered somewhat but certain things
that deal with light actually are , or objects that were meant to be cast out
