Help! No version information received

I can not start my UE4 launcher. it says: “Error! No version information received.”

Today has just bought UE4, this is the first time to use. Believe me, I have tried all the ways, did not solve the problem. I’m sure my network good, I am also the administrator user, and not behind a proxy.

Why?! why?! I am very sad now…

This is my unrealengine launcher Logs. please help me, see the log, and find what’s wrong with it.

And if I tried to sign in UE4 launcher, it says " error! did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?" I am sure I am in connecting, my network is good.

Hi zym1983811,

Have you tried restarting the launcher and/or restarting your computer? This is the most common solution when this issue occurs.

I’ve taken a look at your log file (thanks for providing that) and can see that you’re having difficulties reaching our back end services.

Is it possible you’re behind a firewall or proxy server that is preventing this?
