Hello everyone,
We wanted to update to Twinmotion for Revit 2023.2. We get it via our Autodesk Subscription - Products and Services page. There we need to press the button "Access" on Twinmotion for Revit. Which takes to the download page. however, there are no files and just states:
"Twinmotion for Revit is available to download for Autodesk subscription customers from your Autodesk Account > Products and Services page."
Clicking on the hyperlink, takes it back to Autodesk Products and Services Page, and it is the same loop. Twinmotion - Press "Access" - Same statement.
Interestingly, the download files were available yesterday, but today we are having this issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?
