Help. Need feedback for my map

Hello, Fortnite community!

I created my first first-person map and I’m currently looking for playtesters. I ran into a problem – I wasn’t able to make bots simulate real player behavior properly, so eliminations aren’t counted correctly. Without real players, the game loses its dynamic feel.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could try out my map and provide feedback. Your input will help me understand how to improve the system and possibly find an alternative solution for the bots.

I want to continue making maps, but I can’t figure out how to test them without bots that simulate players.

Thanks for your attention and support!

Hello Misha,

I know the FCHQ community has a system for playtesting, so that could be something to look into.

There’s a card for ‘Test Players’ on the roadmap, although It sounds like they wont come with bot behavior.

In the meantime, you substitute in a guard or wildlife spawner to test elimination logic solo.

Thank you for your response! I read the roadmap with great interest! It really sounds like something I’ve been missing.

I tried it, and I didn’t think it was enough to understand the full mechanics. But yeah, it worked for a bit. Now want bots inside the match as well. Thanks anyway!

Its hard being a solo creator, make use of the analytics devices, attach them to the various events from your gameplay mechanics and publish an upate.
When a few players have played the new update, a few days later you can review the statistics for them in the creator portal to see if you need to address anything for your next update.
