Some asset is breaking the build, you’ll need to figure out which asset it is.

You can get the cooker to print the asset name it’s currently cooking by setting Project Settings → Engine → Cooker → Cooker Progress Display Mode to Names and Remaining Packages.

I also recommend you download the Symbols for Unreal Editor; that will make the crash stack show the actual function names it happened in which will make it easier for the community to help you.

In the Epic Games Launcher, click the little down arrow on your Unreal installation, click “Options”, then add “Editor symbols for debugging”:

After that the log will show the last asset is was trying to cook before crashing. That might be enough info for you to to figure out what’s wrong. It’s probably some blueprint that has a parent class that doesn’t exist anymore or something which should be an easy fix, just open the blueprint in UE and change it’s parent class or, in the worst case, you’ll need to recreate the blueprint.
