We use the cloud to share our 3D models with clients, which has worked successfully up until I installed 2025.2 Twinmotion. Now, when my accessing our 3D model via the exported cloud presentation, it almost always crashes and chucks the viewer out of the presentation.
Is anyone else having this issue? And does anyone have any solutions to this? It seems to happen on my smaller files as well as heavier ones too.
