Help my Mannequin Ragdoll is behaving differently in my VR project

I have a grenade that adds a radial force at the grenades world location when is explodes.
In the video you can see me set the grenade to auto explode, and watch it in both simulated and VR mode and in both the mannequins react to the radial force correctly.
But when I disable the auto destruct and throw the grenade they just fall to the floor.

Everything is Identical and I don’t know why this is happening?
