Help me, Speedtree sitedown or someone stolen my account

Sorry, i know this is the wrong forum where write this problem…
but i can’t visualize speedtree site anymore.
Today I bought the monthly license of speedtree modeller for ue4.
After some minutes a pop up appears…

error: your license running in another platform ( or something like that )

and 2 hours later another pop up appears

ERROR: Could not contact license server

and now i can’t visualize the speedtree site…

someone can help me?
i’m very sorry for my bad english…

Their site is working, but you’ll have to contact them if you’re having trouble with Speedtree:

SPEEDTREE ASWERS …maybe can be useful for other people

Sorry for the trouble. Our entire website and license server was down from approximately 4:00pm to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
