Hi, my twinmotion file get crashed again and again, i have troubles to solve it. i try to merge all content in new file but doesnt work.
my file is about 1.2gb aprox.
i have troubles to with day and night file, cause this dont work when i open this file shows me an error
all errors begin with a new priview 2. im feel so bad cause i have university presentations please help me!!!

Hi, I faced the same problems like you, many many times.
It will happen frequently in the 2023.1-Preview 2.
Especially when I move many objects into a new group and operate the group.
I had to save manally after every step.
In my opnion, too many models and objects may be a reason.
It never happend in the 2022, and 2023.1-Preview 1.
HI!, i had to see some videos for fix this error, found error with preferences video card, in to a machine gives twinmotion priority over other programs, and then i have to change, directx 12 to directx 11, then my twinmotion runs normal, i dont know why happend this buts, im just to near to close all my work forever.
the other error, stills continue, day and night file of main menu of twinmotion cant open with this 2023 preview 2.

Hi nina, my problem was solve, when i change directx 12 to 11, and then change the output, refinement seting to OFF, my scene works normal.
i only have the "day & night" file of main menu error, i cant open , and i dont know where is the directory file of this, i would like try delete this and redownload the file but i cant find this.
