[Help] Launching to Hudl 2 & In-app purchases

I have 2 questions my first is.

How do I run my game on my Hudl 2 I currently have a version running fine on my HTC One m7, but it never builds to my Hudl 2 it always says no suitable APK found (would it matter if i use the google now launcher?).

My second question is In-app Purchases.

I have been using UE4’s current documentation on this but I’m having trouble understanding it does anyone have a tutorial or an easier explanation for this. I have tried installing a SDKBOX plugin but it says I need to have a C++ project and mine is pure Blueprint.
