Posiblemente no tenga nada que ver, pero se está quejando de que no estás utilizando la versión preferida del compilador de C++ de Visual Studio. Para solucionarlo, abre el instalador de Visual Studio (Visual Studio Installer), haz clic en Modificar instalación y te vas a la pestaña componentes individuales

y te aseguras de que tienes marcado: "MSVC v143 - VS 2022 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.38-17.8). Y desmarcado todos los demás con ese nombre y otras versiones o “Latest”.

No creo que afecte si hay otras versiones instaladas ya que UE5 utilizará la preferida, que es la que te digo de instalar. Luego reinicia el PC antes de probar a generar el ejecutable de nuevo.

PD: Luego también se queja de que no hay declarado ningún tipo en un módulo de reglas llamado “StreamlineShaders” dentro de “UE5Rules”. Es como si echara en falta algún plugin o módulo que no encuentra. Esto creo que es debido a que estás utilizando algún plugin que no tiene soporte (no funciona) para la plataforma para la que estás generando el ejecutable.

Mi recomendación: Crea un proyecto nuevo y haz el packing para generar su ejecutable sin añadir nada. Así te aseguras que todo está configurado e instalado para generar ejecutables. Si después de eso, tu proyecto da error al generar el ejecutable, significa que es un problema de tu proyecto o configuración. Esta es una forma de ir descartando el origen del problema.
