Help, imported Blender meshes have black patches on them in UE5!

Hey all,

Having some issues here with some meshes I made in Blender then exported to UE5 (fbx).

The normals are all good I double checked them, green channel is flipped too, and there are no overlapping uvs, but in UE5 the meshes have some weird dark patches that seem to be extremely low resolution shadows or something of the sort. They become more obvious when I bring a light source closeby. They disappear when I activate the path tracing visualization. It seems to be a lighting issue, any tips on how I can resolve this?

I am using Lumen and have activated ray tracing for the scene. Objects and lights are set to moveable. Here is a screenshot showing the weird patches:
