Hey ,

I think your system is rendering the editor with unnecessary many fps. Try to restrict your fps with the console command ‘t.MaxFPS 60’.

I’m restricting my fps to 25 on my laptop, else it gets too hot.

, your suggestion worked like a charm! I let it race and then opened the command box and set my frame rate to 24! The racing stopped and temperatures and RPMs were reasonable. As a test I then set the frame rate to 120 and then all hell broke loose and it started racing again with the temperature and RPM rise. Now I have set it back to a of 24 fps and could not be happier. This is good for me whilst I learn to create levels. Thanks dude!

Get a 980TI not a titan X and if you want better performance than a 980TI get a 980Ti AMP Extreme & OC it which will make it 10-15FPS higher than the worlds 2nd best card…

Thanks, I will look into this option. Might save some $ and still get good results.
