HELP！！！how to add plugins to Compiled version of ue4.27-html , tried many ways but all wrong

I can’t get the plugin from the marketplace,So I copied the 4.27 version of the marketplace file to Compiled version of ue4.27-html, I remember telling me that this version of the plugin cannot run
