I have a couple of questions regarding texturing some of my assets via custom materials in Substance Painter. This is the first time I am attempting this and I would very much appreciate your help, as this is the last step to finish my project.

I am exporting textured assets using UE 4 (Packed) option from Painter. The maps import fine in UE, except that the material becomes fully glossy when I turn the Base Color, AO/Roughness/Metallic, Normal into parameters in my master material. I tried adding a couple of nodes suggested on other threads (for example, Add node 0,0-0,1) but they did not work.

I have got a Master material created in Substance Designer. I exported the maps for the material itself and put them in the master with the function to add unique maps for each asset via instance materials.
I am trying to do the same with materials from Painter. However, I cannot figure out if there is an option to export Normal, Base Color etc of the material itself to throw in the Master, and then add unique maps for each asset via instance ones.
If there is an alternative way to make this work, I would greatly appreciate your help in setting up the material nodes in UE too! Thanks.
