It might be that the simplest solution is using vector math.
In three-dimensional Euclidean
geometry, if two lines are not in the
same plane they are called skew lines
and have no point of intersection.
Check if the two vectors are on the same plane, if they are → perform a line-line intersection: Line–line intersection - Wikipedia
