Help finalize/troubleshoot google and apple deployment for mobile game

Hi all:

My department has created a mobile game as a tie-in for our Summer Reading program. I have the game finished, but could use some quick help with the final troubleshooting and optimization for multiple Apple and Android devices. I have a current glitch to fix (https://forums.unrealengine.com/showthread.php?109577-Packaged-Android-game-worked-but-then-started-crashing-related-to-default-device-profile) with Android, but also just want help in general making sure it will all work for as many users as possible.

I could especially use help with mobile content scale factors, and general compatibility.

I am pretty far along with Android, but am just now getting the Apple Developer agreement started (little bit of a County Government delay there).

I would like to turn this around pretty quickly, with hopes to launch June 1, but I understand that could be delayed a bit, depending.

We would need to figure out the price and get a contract signed with my organization.
