Hey all,
I exported 3ds max through datasmith, opened it in unreal studio, and cant get any lighting functionality. Tried rebuilding. What’s weird is the preview window shows the scene fully lit, but the viewport is dark. See attached pics for message log after failed light rebuild, and my details plane.
Source project: 3dsMax 2016 with VRAY plugins. Opened and exported with 3dsMax 2020 with VRAY 2020 plugin.
look at the viewport exposure under the lit menu, that should solve it
Thanks that solved it <3
Can you explain this error log from exporting to Datasmith? What should I do to compensate?
