Help! export to maya , no head and no facial rig

this is what I did.

1.setting download config
2.setting export config
3.start downloading
4. export to maya
but only body part can be exported into maya without facial part

I’ve got more or less the same problem, posted here and on UDN for help but no response as yet.

I get the head but it’s disconnected from the body and the face rig doesn’t work on it…

Tested it on every released build of Maya 2020.

Problem with the head in Maya

In order to assemble the character in Maya please refer to this document. https://docs.metahuman.unrealengine.com/en-US/HowTos/ExportingMetaHumans/ExportingToMaya/ Supported Maya versions are 2018, 2019 and 2020. This problem with detached head is usually reflected when only UAssets are downloaded.
