HELP: Error when starting new project in visual studio (UnrealScript Project)

When attempting to start a new project I get this message when attempting to access the properties of my unrealscript project.

An error occurred trying to load the page.
The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))

What is causing this and what should I do to fix it?
