im using samsung R530 laptop…
Ram 4GB…
Dual core…
Graphics : intel gma 4500mhd
Windows 7

Can i use unreal engine 4 in this laptop?

It won’t run well, you would have to try at the lowest graphical settings but even then the framerate might be too low.
