Help!!! Camera viewport does not display correctly

So i’m currently on 4.8 (Haven’t updated cuz lazy) working on a game and Ive got just the basic ThirdPersonCharacter going but I’ve attached camera to mesh and put it in a FP perspective. Whenever I click play, it casts the viewport to some outside location and I have no idea where it would have gotten the idea to do this. Nor can I move my character when it’s doing this, and even when I pinpointed where the location was, I placed some Player characters into the scene out of curiosity and when I play, they disappear from the scene until I exit the play mode. I’ve made sure in the world settings that the input is assigned to the proper game modes, everything is displayed as saying what it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
