hello I am looking to assign a country that a player can choose in a map and we see that it is assigned to them and the same for the other person who will join the map I want them to be able to choose their country and for it to be assigned to them assigned I already have the countries in the unreal editor but I don’t know how to assign them to a player I thank you for any help you can give me!

I think what you would be looking for is the Class Designer Device, it gives you up to 16 different character types.
A lot of Devices will use the Class Slot number as a way to only affect the player of that class.
Spawnpads can be set to only spawn players from a certain class.
As for choosing what country, they want to be, the Class Selector Device will let you attach it to something like a button to change the interacting player to the Class the Class Selector is assigned to.
The other class device, I can’t remember its name right now Class HUD Controller or something, enables HUD components and a menu option for the map screen, to be able to choose classes there.
Grab the Class Devices and drop them in your map and have a look through all the settings.
it is possible that in the (player reference) we see the player as well as the name of the chosen country?
here it’s possible to see the chosen country instead of the player’s name. I searched through the events and all that but it doesn’t seem to work
No I don’t think so, you can sit a Billboard Device in front if it.
But then it has no curvature, maybe behind it ??
I checked and no we can’t see behind it if I equip the device ( Billboard Device ) I can ensure that when the player chooses his country it is displayed in Billboard Device ?
Maybe I’m getting it wrong, just give me the device to display the chosen class and I’ll take care of the rest and thank you for your help!
Oh yeah, it would require the Player Reference Device to be assigned on choosing with the Billboards at a set location.
I assume Verse could be able to spawn the appropriate Billboard at required location, but I couldn’t tell you how.
