HELP! An Unreal process has crashed! UE5.3

I renamed one of a folder in my project, but while I reopened it, it shows the crash and I failed to ‘send and restart’.
this is the error I keep getting when opening unreal engine:

Hey there @Le_Decadent! Welcome to the community! Did you rename a folder inside your file system? It’s never recommended to manipulate most project components via your file system. You may be able to recover it by changing it back to the original name(depending on what was broken) in the file system.
