[help] 2.5D Camera and movement

hello everyone,

im not sure if the question statement is good for my problems or not but yeh :smiley:

1st questions is, how do i make the camera in the 2.D platformer static at a position and not following the player?

my second question is, is it possible to make the character rotate left and right only without the transition in between? like i don’t want the character to face the camera, i just want it to face left and right.

basically i don’t want this to happen ( I hope the picture will help out )
