Hello. When I click refresh on my keyframe to store the new scene status, it doesn't store it. It just reverts to the previous scene status. What am I doing wrong?

Please let me know if I've got the wrong methodology here, but I select the keyframe I want to edit, switch off objects by clicking their eye icons, click refresh on the keyframe. And it switches the eye icons back on.

Forgive me if I'm doing something obviously wrong here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Fantastic software otherwise.

Fixed! I switched phasing off in Video settings. This was confusing the matter. Now refresh does what it should do.
