Two Suggestions:
- Have you checked the grass available in Quixel Megascans ? Possibly with some rotation when placing the asset could give you a similar appearance to the blown over look.
- Another option would be to import your Twinmotion project into Unreal Engine. There you can paint the grass whereas I think you still must place Megascans assets individually in TM. UE allows adjusting a lot more in the placement for different looks also.

I'm not ware of any existing Twinmotion assets that look like this.
As Rheltonarch mentioned, you can try modifying some Quixel assets using rotation or scaling, and if you really need to, Unreal Engine will offer you a lot more flexibility to modify assets to better look the way you want.
