UE4Editor.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed becuaseVCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem

I tried reinstalling and rebooting my PC.

try to uninstall the runtime and try again, you can also verify UE4 installation which should install matching VC++ runtime
