Unfortunately, in Unreal Engine 5.0.3, which Twinmotion 2023.1 now utilizes, support for Path Tracing/DirectX Raytracing (DXR) was removed for Nvidia's GTX series cards due to stability issues. You will either need to continue using the 2022 versions of Twinmotion for Path Tracing, or upgrade to an RTX series card from Nvidia, or an AMD Radeon RX 6000 series card or newer.
