Hi, I recently made a short animation in UE 5.1 for the Kitbash Minerva Challenge, and I was faced with a problem I couldn’t solve. At the beginning of the scene, we come out from a very fog-heavy and dark environment into the lights of the city. The foggy part of the animation results in a very noticeable transition between the layers of fog (there are no actual fog layers, it just looks like it has) and I couldn’t get rid of that, looks very ugly. This effect was even worse once I uploaded the animation to YouTube because of the compression
Does anyone know what are the settings to be tweaked in order to fix this? I think it might be some rendering output setting, but I’m not sure, could be an in-game fog parameter also.
Thanks in advance
