Height limit ? with local space [vs global]

hey i got a blueprint that is doing seemingly random output

is there a difference between local and global - to the extent that local can fail from height?

ive got some placement routines that put things along the ground
and only half the thing works, the other half [at the top] just goes flat

if i drag it around it just seemingly gets more random

ill redo the entire blueprint from scratch but
was worth asking first

If it is a large scale world and you are putting objects very far from the world center then you will get floating point errors (numbers will start to round or be cut) this will cause your meshes to jitter.
