Have you tired bone conduction headphones?
I have just tested one of these this weekend, and the sensation is surprisingly good. It’s like having the music actually in your head already without obstructing your hearing. Feels really cool 
I am actually thinking of them as sports headphones, but still worth a try if others are not working for you. And yes, I wear glasses too, but these are rather light on the area where the glasses sit.
