Head bobbing in UE5

Hello, I am working on a project where I have managed to create head bobbing for being idle, walking and running. All except from the walk work fine. when I walk the headbob is very glitchy almost, I am not actually sure how to describe it, it is as if its jittering if that makes sense?

Can anybody help me with this please or provide any sort of recommendations?

How have you implemented the head bobbing? You should provide pictures of your code/blueprints so we can see what is going on.
